Car: Infiniti G37x

Car is cranking but has trouble fully starting. The lights work and Infiniti ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong with car. It has 60k miles and I changed the battery and this morning car had tribute starting once again. I have a video of issue that I can email. Plz help

Have you validated the alternator is properly charging the battery?
