Has anyone heard of or used purple ice and can you compare it to redline?

seeing how redline outperforms royal purple in every department...I don't see why this would be any different...

Besides Autozone started carrying water wetter ;)

don't know how much help this will be, but, i did a complete flush on my cooling system last year, distilled water, orange coolent, and a bottle of redline water wetter. six months later took my 90Q (probably the original radiator) to the dealership for a computer consult with the engine hot. the water temp was nearly perfect as new,,183 degrees. don't know who much the water wetter helped, but i'm pleased.jeff

Wetter water doesn't lower coolant temp, it helps lower head temperature for less detonation by removing more heat from heads so the coolant temp sensor should read a degree or 2 higher. In theory the rad should be more efficent with a higher inlet temp.
