You will get ur *** handed...My KA's actually pretty healthy, I can hang with GSR's on a roll...but i ran this oldschool accord with a JDM H22 Swap and he blew me off like nothing...this was at a 60mph roll, i was stock at that time, but stock or bolt-ons it won't matter cause at N/a form we're not in their league!

That's why u get both of them like I did...hahahaha

I have a 1990 240 hatch with a RB20DET (won't start, just turns over now), and since I couldn't figure out why it quit starting on me, I built a cheaper project and bought a $500 1992 Prelude (blown motor) and put a JDM H22a in it for a "daily driver"...

Let's see, the Honda "big Block" which puts out 190HP in stock USDM form, in a Civic, a car that weighs 2200 lbs, with a full interior.

The only way you will win, is if he just smokes his tyres through the first 3 gears, and you can get to the 1/8th mile before he gets traction. I ran one in my DSM, and he whooped me, but good!! And I had a 12 sec street car.

My talon weighed 3400 with me in it, his car weighed 2400 with him in it. He wouldn't run me from a dig though. :-(

..at least you know your 240 looks better, out-handles his s, and is a little bit more exotic..

I mean there's more Civics on the road than just about anything else (with the exception of F-150's).. and we all know FWD sucks...

^I agreed with all those statements until that last one.......look, FWD does not suck. It's a matter of choice, all drive types have their advantages/ disadvantages.

FWD "sucks" because you have less control in turns - by pulling dead weight..

With RWD you can control the motion of the front with the steering wheel and the back with the gas/idle/breaks..

AWD is better than both of them..

I have to disagree RWD is better than AWD though I would take AWD over FWD in a heart beat. The proof RWD, AWD is better than FWD, AWD is take the fastest FWD, AWD and put it against the fastest RWD, then take the best cornering FWD, AWD and put aginst the best cornering RWD and you will see RWD win both. Plus RWD can drift best.

What?

I think this explains what you are trying to say:

I just recently got a 240, coming from a 3rd gen prelude, so there is a certain irony to this thread. Just take the kid out to some twisties and leave him in your wake there.

I'm not trying to put FWD down, but switching from FWD to RWD is moving up a rung on the automotive ladder...

especially if you're planning on using your car for more than just drag racing

I Can seriously Doubt your hanging with Gsr's with a N/A KA! Those bikes run 11-13 second 1/4 miles, No way! You can't be any faster than 14-16 second.

That would make more sense.

I barley hang with the GSR- 600's with my 400Horse RB!
