I'm a newbie here, glad to find this forum. I have an 87 Pulsar NX SE with the CA16DE DOHC motor. Recently replaced the clutch and it sat for about 6 months prior to that. Upon restart it ran rough. Replaced plugs, fuel filter and cleaned intake with spray cleaner. Cylinder 1 plug appeared fouled and coil pack on it was corroded. After replacing the plugs car ran great for 1 week, then started running rough after it has been warmed up, shut down and restarted. I replaced the coil pack on #1 yesterday and the car ran great - until I shut it off and restarted it. After that it has a constant misfire until it cools down and has a cold start - then all is well again. I'm lost... any ideas what I should look for?

When thre car is hot and missing shut it down and ohm check all your injectors. I bet you find one has an open circuit.
