Iv'e looked through th CA post, maybe not enough though. I want to know the difference between the head of the U.S. pulsar and the JMD S13 head? Also does the pulsar block have a girdle and oil-piston squirters? Are the pistons used in the CA18et the same as those used in the CA18det? And how does one build a CA19det? Is that a CA20e crank in a CA18 block? I have a S12 CA 2valve and really want a strong CA-DET.

USDM FWD CA18DE head and JDM RWD CA18DE(T) heads are nearly identical. Different cam profiles and the pulsar head is setup for EGR whereas the JDM head has a plug in the 4th exhaust port eliminating it.

The pulsar block DOESN'T have girdle or squirters, it has weak rods, and 9.5:1 compression as opposed to the 8.5:1 on the CA18DET.

No, the CA18ET pistons AREN'T the same as the CA18DET pistons.

The easiest way to build a CA19DET is to get a CA18DET and bore it out 1mm over. I wouldn't worry about trying to build a 2L. It's a lot of work, and we don't really know if there is that much gain. A stock CA18DET is good for 300hp. Above that it may need pistons. At around 500hp the rods may need addressed. We don't really know what level the crank starts having problems, as to my knowledge nobody has ever broken one.
