pulling off head

how do i pull off my head(ka24e)...any step by steps?...FSM is on the way so please dont recommend that...i'd like to have the head off when the FSM gets here so i can just start puttin stuff back together...this is how far i've gotten:

pulled off bumper and fender(added ease and boredom), pulled out radiator, fan shroud, and fan...pulled of all belts and valve cover...i cant get the exhaust mani. cover to come out...it's hittin a little tube...should i pull off the intake manifold?...thanks for the help and i have tried searching but there's nothing very specific

leave both manifolds attached. undo any electrical going to intake head and exhaust. remove intake brackets. remove remote attached hoses from intake and head. remove head bolts starting from the outer ends and work your way to the center back and forth from the ends till you reach the center. lift whole assembly from the car. may take 2 people to lift safely.
