I have recently learned that I have a bad fuel injector so I have decided to replace all 6 of them so I started to take everything apart following the guide from tt forums, I am almost 100% positive that I have everything off that is holding it on and it wont budge the left side is lifted up a little but the right is stuck. Any suggestions on how to fix this do I need an engine lift to help pry it up or am I missing something?

Before you go trying to pry it like I did, did you make sure to remove ALL 8 bolts? When I did mine, I had removed 7 bolts and forgot to remove the funny looking one. I can't find a picture of it, but its like a bolt with a really tall head that's used to hold one of the throttle cover bolts.

It's also possible that you forgot to disconnect one of the vacuum/coolant/PCV lines. Is this the first time the plenum has been off?

Also the side brackets. Those can be easy to forget. And EGR. And coolant lines. And all other kinds of stuff.

If your plenum is sealed with RTV you might have to stand up on the front, near the headlights and pull really hard. That's what I had to do when I resealed mine with RTV.

I remember the last time i replaced my injectors I used the Dremel method. It saved me a lot of time and will make it easier to replace in the future

If you still need help with it, Here's a PDF for the "Dremel Method"
I've pulled my plenum a couple times now... make sure you label EVERYTHING! take a piece of tape and write where everything goes.
It is way too easy to forget a vac line, and your engine will run like crap.
