Pulling KA motor

Hello People,

I'm just preparing to pull my KA motor out for SR swap. I do have question on using the engine leveler (1st time pulling motor out). Do you guys use Nissan engine slingers? Is it necessary? I saw some pictures in phase2motortrend webpage that shows the chain from the leveler tied to somewhere underneath the intake manifold. Where does it tie to? If you guys have pictures, please post or email me.
