Pulleys?

I've heard that pulleys cause leaks... is this true? I own an 89' s13 and want to pull some more hp out. Is this a smart move or should i look into it a lil more? Here is a website that explains the leak possibilities.

Go with a lightened flywheel. You can get one for 329.00 from enjukuracing.com. While you at it look to change the clutch for a racing one.That's what I'm doing next week.
