Pulled over.. again..

Ok, so im making a left turn, speed limit is 35 and i dont think i was going over it [maybe a tiny bit]

I see a chp coming down the other way; im still in the middle of the turn when I see her.. I see her make a u-turn at a redlight so im like ok i'll make this easy, and pulled over

here is our convo...

CHP "Looks like you were going pretty fast back there"

Me "Um I dunno, what's the speed limit like 35 or 40?"

CHP "It's 35. Most people don't know that. How come you pulled into the parking lot, trying to hide?"

Me "No. I saw you make a u-turn at a red light, i'm the only one on the road."

CHP "Can I see your license, reg and ins"

Me "Sure. How fast was I going back there?"

CHP "It looked like you were going pretty fast"

Me "Maybe, I was just making the turn, I don't think I was going that fast"

CHP <takes my license / etc> "I'll be right back"

<2 mins go by>

CHP "I'm not going to give you a citation, but you should watch your speed, oh and thanks for pulling over right away" [and I wanted to say Sure, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD NO ****ING IDEA HOW FAST I WAS GOING]

So we both drive off in the same direction, I really don't think this lady knows how to drive.. a light turns yellow, first she hits the brakes and then speeds up and runs it..

Hmm, the nico data may be inaccurate. I think it woudl increase your car by 14% because if you join a car club, you probably drive faster than the average person, so your insurance rates will go up about 8% as a result.
