Pulled out engine check light code need help on 97 Q

One thing after another. I got engine service soon on my dash 2 days ago. My mechanic pulled out three codes P0325, P1110, P0330. They all came up at the sametime. Is this a joke? can this happen? I erased the codes, car drives fine and light didn't come back on.Do they only pull up once? Will the light come back on if problem exist? Do I still need to still fix the problem?

codes for the knock sensors, common problem easy fix to replace K/S and the wiring harness.

Other code is for camshaft position sensor, I don't know if that's an easy replacement depends on if its visible.

K/S replacement will make the car much more enjoyable to drive.

engine must be running to accuratly diagnose a potential p0325 problem.I think a generic scan tool will display a p0325 code if checked with engine not running,even though there is no problem with knock sensors?
