I found a trunk lid with a spoiler on it in perfect condition in a junkyard... and the best part is.... IT EVEN MATCHES MY PAINT CODE!!!! I bought it for $175 and im gonna put it on my trunk and possibly get some new tail lights on there... Im gonna sell the trunk lid im taking off so watch for it if you need it (pain code: QN0)... Prolly for around $200 +ship with the inner tails in it... so watch for it in the classifieds prolly posted on moday... ill take pics and post as i do the trunk lid change and wiring for a new how to... WOOHOO!!!!

BTW that 96 trunk lid w/ spoiler will just bolt on to my 99 wont it?

It will, but I believe the spoiler makes enough difference in weight that the stock torsion bars won't be able to completely support the trunk anymore.

Im a total noobie when it comes to trunk conversions so what are the "torsion bars" and does that really pose a big problem? the spoiler really doesnt weigh all that much...
