PTU Testing

OK so long story short i think my ptu kicked the bucket. cyl's 2 and 3 are not firing, but they injectors are, i pulled the plugs and they were soaked and i unplugged the coils when it was running and those two made no difference in how it ran. i ohmed the injectors and coils, coils were at 1 ohm even, and injectors were at 12 ohms. oh so next i went to the ptu, unplugged it and then tested the female plugs, i recently cut shortened and soldiered the wiring harness. so on the larger of the two plugs i was getting battery voltage, then i plugged the ptu into it, it went down to about 3 volts, then if i plugged the little extension harness in it drops to 0? the smaller 6 pin female plug there was no voltage so i am assuming these 6 wires go to the coils. the thing is that all the reading were dead same! so if all readings wee the same why would only two not be firing? i did not mess with any other wires, so im stumped. any or ideas info?
