http://tech.aus300zx.com/pturepair/Image8.jpg if you have the PTU on the left, take it to a nissan dealer for a recall replacement.
If you have the new one, then I'd test it.
I'd also check your injectors, you are likely to have old style, which are prone to fail: http://z32.wikispaces.com/Fuel+Injector

If you are only getting one side to fire, might need to check your timing belt, may have slipped. CHeck to make sure the injectors are actually clicking, you can always do this by taking out the CAS spinning it slowly with the key to the on position and either a stethoscope or long screwdriver. This will tell you you are at least getting fuel. Spark is just taking the coil pack out and seeing if it sparks.

Need to ohm to make sure injector is working. It can click but not be dispensing fuel.

I had this same problem…I did everything…replaced coils/plugs/injectors/ptu/maf/injector and coil wiring/and timing. and what it came down to was my ecu burned out on cylinders 1,3,5(passenger side). check your ECU and change accordingly.
