Is it corect that i got 800 rpm ??On the left side of the engine i heare something pssssssss its an air or something i dont know what is doing that noise.( i know that there is turbo but is it working on 800 rpm??).On the right side i heare tick tick tick is it corect ?My car needs 10 min. to get his optimal temperature ( and again i dont know if it is goog or bad). Please help me becouse i dont know this car and its my first car. :help

the ticking could be the injectors firing, Nissan ones are notoriously loud. The hissing is weird though. Your car should idle around 750 RPM so 1500 was way off. Maybe somebody set the idle real high and the hose that feeds around the back of the engine over to the boost control solenoid by the turbo popped off. That would account for the hiss and the dropping idle.

On a cold day the engine idles a bit higher after the first startup(@ 1300-1500RPM) for some time(at least all 3 i rode) so i guess that's normal. When the engine has temp the idle should be 850 +-50 RPM(says my Nissan Werkstatthandbuch). The hissing noise could be a vacuum leak(like TMS said), check esspecally the small vacuum hose coming from the back of the intake plenum going to the control solonoid(on some cars this hose is pierced from rubbing against the master brake cylinder) and check all the pipes and conections from the turbo to the intake for leaks.

Check this things i mentioned(look at them for holes are they loose).By the way, when u say your engine has it's optimal temp do you refer to the original Nissan water temp gauge( cause the oil needs a lot more time to get it's temp than the water), u need an oil temp gauge to tell if the engine has it's optimal temp.

Yes this is normal, but like i said your engine is not at it's optimal temp although the Nissan say:Yes, but this is only for water, not for the engine oil.

while on the topic of idle RPMs, my car wont cold idle! i mean when cold its idle is around 800-900, it wont idle higher, but once the motor is warm and even after driving it for a hour or so, the idle is at 1000-1200 staying closer to 1000or 1100, when i tap the gas it rasies an drops to 500 an goes right back up to the previous rpm ! is anyone else have this happen ?

Don't know if this helps, just unplug the AAC valve(when the motor is warm) and check the idle(RPM =800?), if it's off adjust it to 800, plug the AAC back in give it a try.BTW maybe taking apart and cleaning the whole AAC-FICD valve assembly is also a good idea.

slw240sx, yeah u should get another one if yours is already gone. This should solve your idle problem, cause the AAC is designed to do that:) .

yeah i tried to adjust the idle via the idle screw and nothin i disconnected the aac and nothing happens, i lowerd it a little via the TPS but its still sitting around 1000 when warm.
