PS3 Rebuild help!

well here is the story, A family friend had a PS3 that wasn't ejecting disc's, so he took it apart, got his disc out, and went and dropped $300 into a brand new PS3. So I got a taken apart PS3 for free,so Ive fixed the problem with the ejecting discs(I hope). Now im left with a few mystery screws. As I didn't take it apart, im struggling to put it back together.

I'm hoping someone here can help me out.









I know the 7 long ones are for the shell, im more concerned with the last few black ones and the two little silver ones that seem to have blue loc-tite on the threads. Those 2 metal bars are a mystery to me as well.
