i was thinking about getting the wangan midnight game for ps3, and the intial d game but i was worried that i wouldnt be able to play it because i dont read or speak japanese, are any of the instructions or menus in the game in english?sjbsuperman1425 wrote:not a PS2 game, but Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 2 Arcarde Game is Ultimate Win.
so since i havent played the arcade game before would i be able to understand enough of the menu to actually play the game and not just randomly hit buttons untill i get to the gameplay lolsjbsuperman1425 wrote:I've got Wangan Midnight for the PS3. Some of the stuff is in English, but the story and everything is mostly japanese so you just drive lol i only bought it because i used to play the Arcade Game at the local Mall.
Hands down tho, GT5 Prologue is the MOST REALISTIC DRIFTING you'll ever do. Since the actually GT5 isn't out yet, that is your best bet, but you dont have a PS3..
definately. Most of the main menu options are in English, so its fairly easy. I bought it from Japan on eBay awhile ago. Also, i have a 60GB PS3. Im sure all PS3's are capable of playing Japanese games, but thats just for reference.auto alchemist wrote:

i got a 60 gig too, i had seen them on ebay before along with the japanese initial d games but i was affraid to spend money on them without knowing if i would even be able to play them without a translator lolsjbsuperman1425 wrote:

well all 4 of those games are fairly old now and for the PS2, but if you have a backwards compatible PS3 you can play them, PS3's are region code free.skinny wrote:
