PS pump(yes i searched)

and i found nothing that matches up with my problem.I started up my car and heard the loudest belt screech I've EVER heard so i go to check which belt it is and my power steering belt is spinning but the pully and the tension pully arent spinning.It seems like my power steering pulling is stuck so my question is,is it simply just stuck or is the pump done?

well the way you explain it looks like its done for seems like it hasnt been running with fluid for so long and it seized up.. never know take the pump out and tear it down see if anyting is stuck in there.

my friend checked the fluids said it was good we even topped it off before the problem happened im gonna have my other friend come over and have a look at it hes very knowledgeable

but i think it might be done because before this happened the power steering was pretty iffy it would get hard when i let off the gas and would loosen back up when i hit the gaswell i guess it probably is out for good.
