PS problems still

So i bought a 200$ high pressure hose and bled my Power steering out after install now when u frist crank it or sometimewhen u try to go full lock it will whine or not work wondering if this could be the pump witch i have an extra one lieing around but i was wondering if anyone had this kinda issue should i replace the pump and see or look for other things. btw its got pleanty of fluid and no leaks just trying to narrow it down thank

You should really not go full lock with your steering if possible. I have heard that this puts a lot of stress on things.
