ps help. 240sx

when i bought my 240 it came without ps. i am attempting to add it. so far i found the pump ad a s14 reservior that i am told will work. but i can find a diagram of the system. i am going to get the high pressure line from fuji aka djbutton. but i dont under stand all the lines. whe i looked at my rack i saw were it looked like 2 lines go in. so are there 2 lines that go to the rack from the pump? i read to that there is a line that goes to resivoir from the rack. ? is there only one high pressure line and then one line that goes from the rack to the resivoir ? i gooled imaged and have been searchig like crazy.

so a picture of the system laid out or a diagram would be extremely helpful. so i ca know waht parts i need to scource still. eve a break dow expliation would be help full.

right now my rack has just the two bungs(1 and 2 in this pic) tapped off. i dot see were a lie would go from the rack to the resivor?.Image

one question, do you really need power steering?
but, in answer to your question....according to your pic, #1 goes to the hi press line, #2 goes to the res...the bung on the side...
now, on the bottom of the res there should be a line for the fluid to go to the pump... good luck mang you better hope the PO didnt take that s*** off because it all leaked! :ohno:

Yes, one goes from the PS pump, to the steering rack into bung 2 (I believe)
Bung one goes from the rack to the reservoir I believe. There is a line that goes to the reservoir to the PS pump as well. If you need pictures, I'll go out and take some, just let me know. I would get the stainless steel braided line, it will save tons of trouble and better than the OEM line.

yesineed ps.try turning 235s in aparking lot or at anything below 25. it seems like i found there is a spliter that hassome hard lines going into it. that the cooling line that goes infront of the front crossmember?
