PS fluid ?

I need to do a flush, should I use ATF or nissan PSF ?
manual says use ATF, nissan says use nissan's PSF...

Synthetic ATF will perform better in cold weather as well as lower operational temperature of the power steering system. Dexron VI is suitable as a replacement as per the FSM.

It really doesn't matter as long as if the fluid is still lubricating and doesn't boil under pressure.
There are no sensitive parts to worry about, just make sure that whatever you put in will not damage any seals.
