I tried to search Ultimate Electronics but can't locate any DEI. What does DEI stand for and do they have a website? Thanks!V8NSIDE wrote:DEI makes one, u can find it at Ultimate Electronics and they usually have it in stock. But any DEI authorized dealer should have it. It’s a small see through box about the size of a wallet. The box should work with any DEI alarm. Most have a plug in for it if not, all you do is replace it with a shock sensor.
Sweet!! Thanks! Would it work w/ other alarms or do I have to use it for DEI alarms?V8NSIDE wrote:DEI sands for: DIRECTED ELECTRONICS INC.The company is the manufacturer of car alarms such as Viper, Hornet, Python (my favorite), Clifford, and many more… Any company that sells these alarms will have that module you’re looking for.
Main web site: http://www.directed.com/
