I just had a new neighbor move into our duplex. They chose to go with Comcast for their TV. So the Comcast tech shows up and unhooks my friggin Direct TV satellite input during the install process. I call out DTV because the inside of the junction box is a rats nest full of coax wires and I'm not sure what is what or if that's even where the problem is at that point. Plus I pay for the protection plan, might as well use it. The DTV tech tells me the line was disconnected and whatnot, but everything is now fixed. That would be correct if the DTV tech hadn't pulled the FIOS phone wires out of the circuit junction in my garage during their troubleshooting. Verizon just got finished fixing their phone wiring and I made sure everything was functional before she left.

So Comcast breaks DTV, then DTV breaks FIOS. One might think they were insuring some job security ;) Gotta love dealing with 2 service calls in the same week.

Two positive things to note. Both DTV and Verizon had very good customer service and I received next day service calls for each problem.

Unbelievable. Clearly someone has hacked WD's account and is posting lies.
