proud owner of new 240!!

whats up everyone, i just bought myself a '92 240sx fastback. bought it from my uncle for 900 bucks after my honda accord got wrecked. so far im having a lot of fun driving the car. i dont think ill ever go back to a fwd again :pface . the body is in good condition and so is the interior. the only thing wrong with the car is that the engine has about 213k mi on it. that just wont do. im saving up money to do an sr20 swap. just cant wait!! 240s are siccckkk!! :ylsuper

nice to see you still have a young KA in there. if the car was taken care of, dont be put off by high mileage. you might be better off making other improvements (suspension) while you still have a running motor. motor swap isnt essential, -Enzo

Welcome to the boards and like enzo said just because is a high mileage ka doesn't mean it isnt a good engine. The Ka is a very strong engine. Just look through the Ka-T forums. Those guys are doing some very nice stuff and laying down some serious whp with that engine. So the sr isnt the only option there is alot to choose from. Ca, Rb, Ka, Ka-t, and yes the Sr.
