Is your car running ok? If so, you might want to see if thecodes come back after you clear them.
I have had this happen on my 1995. I have a code readerand have cleared that and they haven't come back. I passedfine on my inspection and had pleny of room for varianceson pollution particulates, C02 etc.
Doing it this way allowed me to determine if this was just a "fluke" warning or whether the O2 sensors really need a changeout.
I think these O2 sensors have too much to contend with being inthe exhaust, under the car, etc and give a lot of false readings.
If your car is up for inspection you NEED to clear these codes beforegoing in. I recommend an Actron code reader that will clear codes too(about 60$)
