Well to start off I'll give ya'll some history of previous cars...

first car was an 00 Civic SI slightly modded and bottle fed, next there was the sr20 powered s-14, then an 04 SRT-4 with minor bolt ons, and now I'm the proud new owner of an 03 350z Touring... by far the best car I've owned yet.

I purchased the car about a month ago in Atlanta from Troncalli. It's silver with black interior and had 27k on the odometer. I'm planning on staying pretty mild with it for a while atleast. Keeping it N/A (due to lack of funds not lack of desire) with some bolt-ons when I can.

I've purchased a Nismo CAI and some clear corners thus far for it... although I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone from Custome Enterprise and they've been ordered for about a week now with no shipping confirmation. Does anyone know what's up or has anyone had this problem as well?

Welcome new Z owner!! Congrats on the Z33 Sounds like you've owned a lot of nice cars in the past....although I think this might be the best one so far, except for the s14. What year was it? and why did you sell? Congrats again! Post some pics.....we want to see it!

I'll take some pics soon as I get something to upload em to... lol really don't want to use myspace lol.

The s-14 was a 95 with a 97-98 conversion and black top sr20det... I ended up selling it to a friend after I took it into a concrete barrier due to really wet roads, a curve, and a pot hole.

But I'm loving the VQ... it's an amazingly well built machine. I miss the power the SRT had but all in all... that car will always be a neon IMO. Hense why I got rid of it.

The only problem I'm having currently with my car is a clicking noise every time I get on/off the gas in a low gear. I took it to the dealership and they said quote "the grease they pack the axel with isn't thick enough and it wears thin @ 30k miles and we'll have to repack them" well the cars basic warranty ran out 2 months ago due to time not mileage and it will cost me 400 plus tax to have it taken care of. Has anyone else heard about this or had this problem??

that sounds like some dealer bullship. roll down the windows and see if it comes from the wheels or the engine. and if it is from the wheels, just repack them yourself. all you need is a bearing packer, like 5 bucks from autozone. or just use a greasegun and see if that fixes your problem, im not sure if a z's sealed or not.
