what is the best product that you have found to protect the leather of your g? Especially the dash as it is exposed to so much sunlight through the dash. Im looking for something that doesnt have the slick oily feel of armor-all (sp?) any suggestions?

also the plastic where the mirror connectsw to the door. I dont think the previous owner did anything to it and its starting to fade kinda whiteish. Besides why didnt they just use a painted piece there that matches the car/ moms cheap matrix even has that so you do0nt have to worry about it. Probably one of the only complaints ive had with this ride.

Don't use Armor-all ... it eventually hardens the plastic and leather and makes it crack!

Best products are: Lexol Leather conditioner and Leatherique. Use them even though the dash is not leather per se.

I've always been a Lexol fan.

I use Griot's Garage leather care. Their products don't use any chemicals that will eventually destroy/crack the leather. Griots Garage says it is

" A highly concentrated liquid that penetrates deep to replenish the natural oils of your leather fibers. Much better than the other greasy, lanolin-based products on the market. Easy to use and essential for long, supple life of your fine leather. Use sparingly—a little goes a long way if applied with ours"

I have been using many of the products for years and love all of them. I highly recommended any of the car care products.
