Pros Cons of a Push vs Pull clutch??

So I'm getting ready to throw a Rb25det Neo into my 240sx 92'. recently i keep coming across push or push clutches. I'm not sure the exact difference or the benefits of each. i am trying to make sure I think of everything i can to make this transition smooth with as little snags as possible. I want to make the best decisions when putting my neo in. If anyone can help that would be a blessing. Thanks so much.
