Hello -

Brand new to the forum and just bought myself a 1990 5spd 300zx non-TT
I had 2 89s years and years ago and finally back in the nissan world! Extremely excited to work on this guy and get it looking awesome.

Right now it has stock wheels on it with 225/50R16 tires.
I want to replace the wheels and tires and have been pouring through the forum posts. I am more concerned over performance so would guess it is best to stay with 16/17" wheels.

What suggestions can anyone offer for upgrades?

Thanks so much!

If your wanting performance I would do something like the rpf1's in 17" same size all around with a good summer tire.

so looking at these. one wheel site suggested 17x8 on the front and 17x9 on the back. Your saying 17x8's all the way aroud? Also the RPF1s I was looking at have a 35mm offset. Will these work on a non-TT?

thanks

I would go 17x9 all around if those were my choices. yes +35 offset would fit
