Im at work and i can not download the CA FSM (no acrobat) since I do not have the administrative privileges. I looked in the FAQ and the FAQ in the 240sxforums. I got bits of info here and there. I know that my timing is completely off since i installed the KA TB and i moved the tps all over the place without a voltmeter. I remember reading the FSM a few days ago and I had trouble understanding the on/off switch regarding the TPS This is what i know so far.

Before i start the car i need to put it in the ON Positon to check the voltage on the tps (.5 at closed and 5v at WOT). Do i get my signal from the middle wire on the tps?

Once that is set I plug my clip back into the tps and warm my car up and rev it a few times. Turn car off, then unplug TPS. Start the car back up and rev it a few times past 3k. I should be in timing mode now? Then i would adjust my idle to 750 using the throttle pulley and IACV? If i adjust the throttle pulley would that affect my voltage readings then? After all that is done I should move the CAS to get my 15deg.

Are these steps correct, can someone put this in lamen terms

I need someting from start to finish regarding the tps, throttle pulley and cas timing

Installing a new throttle body won't change your timing, if all you did was put the ka throttle body on all you need to do is adjust the tps. That has nothing to do with timing, the timing is still the same as it was before unless you moved the cas.
