I'm waiting for my Megan Racing coilovers to arrive, and I figured it would be a good time to ask questions about setting them up.

Just to make sure, the lower collar adjusts the height, and the upper collar adjusts the preload on the spring?

What effect will the preload have on my ride, or should this be left pretty much alone for daily driving?

Is lowering of the car just a matter of moving the lower collar up, or does the threaded portion need to be moved in some other way?

Since the megan ones have an adjustability for dampening and ride height, just play with them. Youll be among the first to do so, so give them a shot, and tell everyone else what you have learned. Its all in how you want the ride to be, Harsh, comfortable, whats your goal, Street , track, drift?

Let us know how they turn out
