Car: lots of unique hot rods, and customs, with modern engines, and a good truck to pull the trailer.

I know it has been discussed a bit in the past, but....

I'd like ot run propane, with direct injection, as it has now, tune it with a program, laptop, and whatever else is needed. I would want to take out the gastank, put in a few cylinder tanks, and put in hardware/lines. Since this engine already is a high compression engine, what are your thoughts? With gas prices, it seems like it could be a great idea, I see alot of Suburbans, and trucks here that have those tanks and no gas tanks, and are 2000 and newer, so I guess they have more then just a spray nozzle at intake like older kits.

Thanks for your input, Craig

I don't know much of anything when it comes to propane, but I do know a few people who have bought conversion kits from these guys with good luck. It has some good information.

A lil info there, mostly for offroad trucks, carb'd builds. Looking for info on injectors and such, and how hard would it be to adjust the computer's maps n such?
