Hey I'm pretty new to this site, but Ive been looking for some projectors that weren't too expensive (I'm only 18 lol) and I found these ones.

http://www.protuninglab.com/08nialduccha2.html

Any opinions on them? I think they look good but I just wanna be sure they're not bad quality or anything.

Another thing is how do you get the halos to work? Do you have to wire a switch or am I just an idiot lol

Thanks in advance

We've had mixed opinions on these headlights all over the forums. There are a couple of people that have them and they're active on the forums, so just till you hear what they have to say.

Only because Im working from home, while forum surfing, while drinking.

OP, dont buy them. Save your money for a TRUE retrofit.

I have them on my AC right now with the 6000K HID. I like them a lot once I got them, but there are some cons that I wasn't aware of. The reflector bowl on the High beams looks really cheap. If you look closely you can see a pretty good sized gap in-between the bowl and the rest of the headlight housing. I had money to blow and am extremely impatient so I just got them. They look good IMO but I agree with DJBeasy, if I could go back I would have waited.

Notice you can see the wires that run to the halos

Would you guys have gotten them if they were $300 instead of $500? Or would you still save more money for a custom retro job...

BTW, they really are $300 now on eBay, I guess that's the first price drop.

Still waited for custom retro. They look great, and the halos are pretty bright. BUT, the projector performance is crap, the construction is crap like the post above mentioned, they just arent worth it for looks alone.

Thanks for the feedback. How was the installation? And how do the halos work, do they run when you start the car or do you gotta have the parking lights on?

Installation is easy, you just need to drop the bumper off and then its 5 bolts and the bulb swap. The halos are manufactured to work in place of the parking lights, they have a harness that plugs right into the socket for the parking light bulbs. You can wire them however you want though, would just have to splice some wires and tap into a proper fuse.

Oh, and yeah Dangeris Lumenations are sexy. Even the owner is kind of sexy, no h0mo.

Where are the 5 bolts? I've dropped my bumper a couple times before to put hids in and I can't picture them lol

There is one at the point of the headlight closest the driver you can see with the hood open. Everything else is not visible until you take the bumper off. I think there were two on the radiator support, 1 underneath, and 1 on the outside opposite the radiator support.

There's 2 bolts on the top, 1 at the corner where the grille is, one on the side and one on the bottom. For the bottom there is an L shap bracket. remove the bolt that isconnected to the support, not the headlight. When you get them off, just wiggle the light out while pulling it outwards...

^Probably close to it. Its really not difficult, just drop the bumper and get your head in there.

The lights were really easy to remove on the coupe from what I remember when I changed out my bulbs for LED's. I found all the bolts without any diagrams. Just don't yank at it when you get it loose. The wires are pretty short.

There is an adjustment knob at back and also on the top. Its kind of hard to explain where it is. Open your hood and through the little holes next to the headlight and you will see it. Use an extended socket to turn.
