Projector cutt off help

Has anyone with projectors on their AC had an issue where the angle or cut off was too low? I have messed with the adjustment for a while and it seems like I can not get it up any higher then what I have it at now.

I just read somewhere that you should always tighten the screw all the way when you stat the adjustment. I guess I will just keep messing with it...
