Projected/reasonable power output??

Hey guys, here is a question for those of you who are engine build savvy. Below you will find a current build sheet for the motor I am currently running. Before I deployed the car was tuned and dyno'd at 385 and change WHP on 18lb of boost on pump gas (93 octane). Considering the build it seemed a bit shy of where I was projecting the car to be, which was into the 400's. Now on C16 and 23lbs of boost the car made 435whp. When I get home in OCT I am planning to install an AEM methanol injection kit which will be at a constant flow, swapping the turbo housing and going with an external waste gate I will have fabbed into the current manifold or turbo elbow. So my question is what kind of numbers do you think I should be looking at here reasonably running at 21-23lbs on the methanol? I see stroked 2.2 SRs pushing 450 with a GT28 on a stock top end, I dont see how that extra .2 liters would not be made up for by a built head and a larger turbo. Is 450+ possible on my current set up?
