Only a few days into the work on this project, but I'll be posting as I work. I'm visiting Oregon for 5 days so no more updates till Monday probably, so here's what I did over the past few days.

Just test fitting some of the parts on the engine I have in it right now, which is coming out on Monday(rod bearing crapped).

Here's some pics of the stuff I picked up from Long Island. I took a trip to LI on Monday and picked up an Engine/5spd/Clutch/Flywheel/misc. Now I have 4 KA24DE's minus one block, 2 5spds, and 3 clutches(2 are aftermarket). The clutch on the KA I just picked up is going to be the clutch I use initially, once it starts burnin' up, which will be quick probably(I don't know what it's rated for), I'll swap in the clutch I have that can take over 400ft-lbs. Anyway...These are pics of me and my grampa transferring the engine from the van to the shed so I can put it on my engine stand on next week.Enjoy

We'll atleast you'll have extras if something happens. Between me and my friend we have 5 sohc ka, 4 transmissions, and about everything else you would need if something happened. That is why i love the sohc....$hit is cheap...

nice! what kind of wheel is it? what size and offset?

Just a sportmax 002 7.5" for the front and 9.5 for the back. I don't remember the offset off the top of my head.
