After fixing the motor mounts, oil leaks and third gear now works under boost. I decided it was time to upgrade to StageII. I purchased the MAF and JWT ECU programmed 72lbs injectors Z32.

Cost 380.00 JWT ECU used on NICO classified 150.00 Z32 MAF used on NICO classified 275.00 750cc from Deatshwerk plus I will get money for core charge. GOOD INSTRUCTIONS!

50.00 2 couplers and a 3 inch U bend pipe from Speed South(local)

Yesterday I went over a friend of mine who owns a 98 Transam 6 speed manual. I think his is rated 340 at the crank. Anyway not a real good test but he was in front and I was 2 cars behind him. He droped his arm and he pulled me at least 5 cars. So I got in front of him and did the same. He said he had to back it off a few times. We will do it again as soon as I get the upgrade installed.

At the moment the only issues I have

Cut a stainless steal 3 inch pipe

I don`t have an adapter for the Z32 MAF ( I forgot about that one DA)By the way were can I get one I went to Autozone and Advance no luck!

Great Company,Unfortunately none of my injectors are going to be salvagable. Destroyed every one of them I was able to spin them around before I attempted to remove them. Tried one screw driver then 2 screwdrivers. Crap I don`t care now it is pouring rain so I will have to wait to install the new ones. Lets hope I don`t screw those up installing them.

Injectors installed, ECU installed but not the Z32 MAF. I cranked it up with just the stock ecu and it idled and everything seemed fine. However I shut it off and restarted it and it did not idle very well. I am hoping that the problem is that I don`t have the Z32 MAF installed.

If it seemed as if it were flooded the second time you started it, you may have torn a lower o ring on one of your injectors.

Ok everything is installed now and I love the sound of the new Apexi cone filter. I did a quick test run but wanted to wait until I get the heat shield installed before I run it hard. Other problem is it is doing what it did before stalling out a lot. Won`t hold a idle. If it is cold no problems but when it warms up it wants to stall on me. I thinking maybe Open BOV.

Try holding your hand over the BOV and see if it clears up.

it could be a glitch in the jwt program. me and structure had the same problem with our jwt ecu's. both of our cars wouldn't idle once it started to warm up. the car's idle would just flutturate between 1500rpm to 500 rpm, and it would stall out maytimes.

we both got problems with our idle and i got problems with my low throttle map. it would always read extremely lean like 18:1 afr, same with anthony. what we did was richen the thing with the safc.

I tried that and it did not help. I think I will install the other 2 washers and see what happens.

I took the car out tonight and did a 2nd gear to third pull and did not change the boost level that is set now at 10 psi. WOW is all I can say and that air filter sounds really LOUD!! I will be adding 2 more psi tomorrow. No SAFCII no Wideband just set timing at 22 degrees and no idle! I am all ready thinking methanol and and and and more boost!!

I think they are ok. I cleaned the spark plugs with carb cleaner and I got the car started. It does not smoke black out the tail pipe so maybe it is ok now.

i'm running a bov tahts recirculated, and structures is vta. so i don't think the bov has anything to do with a bad tune. maybe you could have leaky injectors from a crushed o-ring. try pulling them out again and see. ( structure knows htis killer trick on how to remove the injectors without any damage, you should ask him cause i'm lousy at explaining things like that )

That works well. Only time it has ever really been difficult to remove injectors has been when they are stock. After you take the stockers out, the new ones always come out quite easily.

Now that is good news!. Really don`t want to mess with those injectors unless I have too. I probably going to buy a SAFCII somebody is selling one new cheap. Also going to break down and buy a Zeitronix.

I will need your help with that because I don`t get this 2 in 6out 5 in 5out?? So if you guys can guide me along I will try because I don`t know enough about the tuning to do it myself.

How complicated is SAFC and the Wideband? Are any of you going to NOPI/Atlanta that knows this stuff?

the 2in 6 out thing won't work if your running a jwt. every car is different. some people say running 2 in 2 out like a Z32 would work, some say 5 in and 5 out like a stock S14 would work. i ended up using 6in and 6 out casue that seems to work the best and requires the least amount of correction on my low and high throttle maps. the SAFC is very easy and use. all you gotta do is drive around lookin at your wideband and either take away or add fuel depending on what the car is doing.
