ok, so who the hell is making rear lips for a S14 zenki bumper? Here's a quick teaser pick for those who are going to start saying that this thread is useless w/o pics. It's just a start, but it's going to be a slow process as I don't have too much time to work on it. Anyways i'll "try" to keep this build going with more pics.

-No I don't have any pics with it on the car-Yes it will be a full lip-Yes that's bondo (fiberglass and foam is the core), just a prototype to make a mould off of-Yes that's an extra bumper, not the one off my car-BLAH BLAH BLAH

Before I forget...for those who remember me. Yes this could turn into an actual part one day. Yes I made a front lip and yes I did produce that part as well. It's all about the mood I will be in and how much interest! Zenki love!

Did you ever get around to releasing those side skirts?

I made them.

BUT I never released them. Kouki side skirts were just fine for the setup.

here's a side angle to show how it flows with the bodyline of the zenki bumper. Simple and clean. It's low enough to hide the exhaust from a side angle.

It's all about the sexy lips and sexy rear...haha. I'm going to try to make the zenki rear bumper more popular than the kouki rear bumper.

Ok here's the photoshop. It's not my car nor do I own the pic, so thank you to jtuned.com. This gives you a better idea of how low it will sit and angle of the lip. Again, simple and clean.

-I know I know those aren't kouki sides skirts, but I couldn't find any other good pics to use.

Hmm. How well do you think this would line up with zenki sides?

With the current design, the top half will not, but the bottom half will. A simple add on piece that lines up to the top half of the zenki side skirts would do the job. All I can say is that it's do-able.

What's a thread without some updated pictures? I just finished sanding both sides to make the lip as symmetrical as possible. For the most part it's symmetrical, but I need to fix the top bodyline of the lip so it's even all the way through. I also need to work the bottom part of the lip to smooth everything out. Enjoy!

Looking good, I always wanted to try to do something like that. The only thing I noticed that it could use is the cutout for the exhaust tip? Of course unless you plan on running side exhaust or a dump style straight pipe. Otherwise its very original and should come out cool.

Pretty much this will be a one off design. I've already has a different design for one that I plan to manufacture. I have no idea when I will release it though...stay tuned!

Good question. This is one that I'm not going to answer as it's a secret right now. All I will say is that it will be as "clean" as possible.

Nope, not a noob Q. At this time I've mounts located at the license plate frame area and fender mounts. 6 total mounting points. The top part of the lip which you cannot see also sits flush against the Zenki bumper where double sided tape can be applied to provide additional support.

Nice! Thanks for the compliments!

Please post some pics of the part installed. Are you painting the lip as well?

Funny you should ask. I did make a prototype part at one point for the S13 hatch, but never followed through with the lip design. It was too low and I wanted to hack the design, but moved to other projects.

I'm in the East Bay. No updated pics. Hopefully I'll find some spare time to do more work on the rear lip.

Nice, I live in the east bay too. I have a project idea down the line that you could possible help me with. If/When I get around to it, I'll be sure to contact you via your website.

My idea shouldn't take you too long, just custom valences, but I haven't decided on exactly what I want to do. That is if you would be interested.
