I believe that there is a fwd transmission on some versions of the SR20DET which is a silvia motor, but im not sure if it will work in your application. As far as Im aware I have never encountered a FWD RB (skyline motor) set up. With that being said, I come from a background in fabriction and custom work and with appropriate funds almost anything can be accomplished. Its really just a matter of what kind of bank roll your willing to toss at the project and then finding a reputable custom shop that will undertake the project.
Just from having a look at the website it seems like the Honda k20/k24 and Mitsu 4g63 are pretty much drop in and are recommended engines. I would strongly consider going that route. Its gonna be cheaper, and the 4g63 is a beastly little motor with lots of aftermarket support. IMHO the 4g63 would be a better choice than an sr20det anways. The honda k series is also a real solid motor that handles boosting real well and has lots of after market support. Thing with the RB skyline motors is, while very awesome, are VERY expensive in terms of parts, maintenance, upgrades, etc. I would also suspect that in the Razor frame you'll run into fitment issues.
