Bottom side of the crank?

Yup that's it, bottom of the block view of the crank without the spash pan.

Currently the block has an engine stand disability. A combination of the massive 14x1.25 bolts required (not available locally), and the engine stand adapter's requirement for a 120mm long bolt to attach :-(

A correct block adapter plate (as shown in the service manual) that attaches at the engine mount location on the side of the block is being fashioned. It should be a better solution allowing access to the front and rear of the block for the next steps.

Next up is a complete cleanup of the block (It's been sitting a while) and some sanity checks to ensure the rebuild was completed properly.

The block may be a work of automotive genius but the guy that decided to put it in that engine bay needs to be shot.

Shortly after we kill everyone that decided to put the VG30DETT in the Z32 as well.
