looking over this stuff.. i'd really like to be able to do that kind of metal work. i'm going to continue to read this other forum.. i'm going to have a lot of questions; hope you don't mind i'm just a curious person.

- Seam welding, why? Structural integrity?

- how'd you get rid of the battery tray, I was just looking at that myself the other night. It looks like maybe two latches and then a weld? I was thinking I could get the latches off and then maybe bend upwards on it towards the frame and then cut near the weld? How'd you pull it off?

ah well.. more reading (and q's) later, need to take another whack at this sleeping thing

The engine/cam spec is for drag racing where peak power is the most important factor hence peak torque being high in the rpm which in turn provides high required hp.

Sorry, but not my cup of tea, numbers are awesome, but styling does not appeal to me.

dear god. this thing is going to be terribly nasty.

i saw the line locks, and you said you were setting it for drag, and it's going to put down some mean numbers if you can get it to catch.

everyone seems to be ragging the front lights..never mind..you cant please everyone.

but remember its all about weight saving..the new lights are less than half the weight of the standard brick looking lights..and..I will now be able to see in the dark..

LOL. With those numbers it's pushing, it's like the eyelids are being pulled back standing still.

Love the wheels, TE37's may be old school (relatively) but they still rock my sox.

I don't think TE37s are ever gonna be old school. They always have been, and always will be the hawtness.

That's one beautiful power curve.

You don't see many 4 cylinders with that much spacing between peak torque to peak hp.
