Sounds good, but the way it's looking, it probably won't be back until after Thanksgiving. Dale is here in the Tidewater area of VA right now and the more I talk to him, the more excited I get about getting my car back. I was excited before, but the more the vision is spoken aloud between Dale and I, the more real it becomes to me...Zee wrote:When your car comes back I am going to have to take a trip up there and see it in person.

word, i love the z32 interior180sxfaktory wrote:You know how James Brown used to sing "It's a Man's World"? Well, the 300ZX Z32 was that Man's car. Definitely not for the timid or the short-attention span from the technician's/engineer's point of view. When I said that the car was designed around the engine. It didn't stop there, for the cockpit layout was definitely designed around the driver. Everything from climate control, lighting and other things you would find throughout the dashboard in "normal" cars is centered around the gauge cluster and the bezel with control boxes located conveniently in the same proximity as the ECU. This car was well ahead of its time when it was designed in the 1980's and I can se why it costed as much as it did back in the day. This is an F-15 Eagle through and through. Anyway, I am home and working with the gauge cluster and will post up on the pics of what the fukk I've been up to with it and the other stuff tonite.
