Whats up nico lovers it been while that i havent made a thread on this site soo im doing soo now:bigthumb.I been a member here since 2006 and 3 240s down the road this car bein the 3rd one.It time to show off lil bit.

#1My first car was 90 hatch power everything had it for year and halfI did a 5speed swap,c.i.a,bs exhaust, tein type S springs then later blew swapped it and got dohc then sold(Car needed work and i was too broke but i loved this car to dead)#2 found a 93 vert with 120k on it needed tlc but ran but got it looking good did 5speed swap with dual fic center force clutch;bm short shift and 1pc clutch line, gab suspension,c.i.a.,cat-back and timing advanaced.Car was alwayz topless and running like a monster:bigthumb #3 now this 90 hatch SHELL i got it for $450 this sh*t is clean but no power nothing. The interior was in 100 pieces and some of the wiring is a mess. The car had silvia front and sr20,so im turning back the hands of time kinda.I chose a hatch to finish my dream hatchback s13 i alwayz wanted.

**My plans**

Simple seals and gaskets for the motor(just for now)arp headstudspolished intake manifold(thankz to my friend)some nice headerslighten crank pulleyF1 stage clutch1pc lighten drive shaft if i can find a sweet deal*q45 brakes(but might get drill slotted rotors)brake linestein tie rods*sub frame inserts*sportmax 002j30 vlsd(still need axels)fog lights*jdm turn signalshidssilvia side skirts

future plansmaybe a sr20 or ka-t

Thanks to bryan(bmar240)&joe(life water) I got some tail lights in the works

So after a 2weeks of sitting on my driveway without being touch cause of the non-stop snowing and blissering cold.I finally got some kinda work done with it.

Check out my work space,i have both car in the driveway so i didnt have much space. My what looks like headlight wiring i think the car before had silvia front, goin to need help figuring this..lolI still installed my kyb agx's with old A$$ lowering spring(idk what brand)

My old gab shock which were crying for help already

OOHHH YESS brand spanking new with mounts

On a side note anyone know who to pull these ripits i believe the car also had side skirts, there on both sides.

So i put in some wrench time on my project and bought some goodies also cleaned up a bit.

PS-sorry for any pics that look like shyt..my sidekick takes its best pics in near perfect lighting...lol

So i Realized the bumper support was cut for a fmic, thats just not safe:icon_down:.Then moved on to fixing my turn signals wiring since it was all messed up.

Once i was done with that i took on the task on this mess hole

few mins later and wondering why wire a alarm soo messy.I was finally able to reach my pedals:biggrin:it look lil more clean in person

So i got nice hook up from a friend last week for some light.Yes jdm turn signals,i f**king love these things.

Then i finish mounting the old gab rear suspension that was on vert.Honestly i dont know what name brand springs are on there but there more rusty than the vert.On the upside there pretty stiff

ANd best for last!!!My tax money finally came in and bought some nice wheel at LAST.:rock::rock::fight::fight:BEFORE gab was mounted on the rear( AFTER mounting was done aka slammed!![/IMG]

But having 2 trannys and diff in ur trunk would make any car seem low..lolOnce thats all out i should have about 2 finger gap between tire and well.

I still have a long way to go till my done but the project is make way like planned.Next up is tie rods, subframe spacers and a few bushing

So i finally gota chance to swap over my exhaust from the vert, also thankzz to my buddy's dremel i was able cut the headers w/ cat off with damaging cheapo exhaust

done!!(Im ripping that wing off soon)

Ok guys i cleaned up my dirty a$$ engine bay and mounted my J30 brake upgrades:gladtomeetya:.

Driver side strut tower base NO RUST but dirty as hell and paint chippingand the same goes for the other sidefire wall(The heater inlet and outlet look like to 2 nipels dripping milk):mysmilie_793:

Let the scrubbing begin!!!! After about 60mins of scrubbing, wire brushing more scubbing, rust treatment and paint. Also i threw in the wiring harness since im pretty much done with engine bay. What i use to treat any surface rust i had and paint for the bayLOOKS LIKE NEW!!

Moving on to the brakes at last,my rotors fresh from the shop from being cut and drilled:rotflmao:.comparing stocks to upgradeed

Soo i tried to cut this dam shield and i failed badly:zbanghead:I when thru like 3 blades and only have cut 6inches:poop:Soo i came up with the idea of cuttung tabs or w.e. you call it then straightening out the metal in order for th rotor to clear. And bam!!! its clears all(my passenager side came out looking like sh*t) but driver side look a lot better

Once everything was mounted and tight my car was loooking baller

Only problem i need to replace my driver side caliper i think the weather got best of and it froze up on me.I might replace both tho

My ES rear subframe inserts have been ordered and should be here by friday, there will be more pics.Thinking about what to order next??any ideas??

tein tie rods?brake line all around?engine gasket kit, headers, asp crank pulley, new clutch and poly fill stock mounts...etc(soo i can start gettin the motor ready for install)?Or be a cool kid and do hoodrat stuff with my friends?

good luck with your project man...since the J rotors froze on you and the car is on blocks, i recommend a rebuild. takes less than a day and the rubber kits are available at most major parts stores, some brake cleaner, caliper paint... and youll never look back...

update-Soo the last weeks have been the pretty hard with money and i had to finish my car in order to work and go to school.

I dropped in the motor everything but crappy isnt idling normal and having lot intake back fire.I have a feeling my injectors arent sitting well with the o rings on the manifold, make the motor leak air and coke itself.

any idea if my point can be true??

for those brake dust shields use metal cutting scissors they work the best, mine used to look fked up but those scissors made everything look clean for the z32's

I just used metal shears to snip the plate every inch and then used an angle grinder to remove them. Only took a few minutes and makes a clean cut
