Project Hardbody

V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

your best bet is to use the senders fomr the ka, at least the ones that can swap over, the coolant temp, most GM sensors are a lot larger than the nissan/datsuns enders, so you'll need to get a plug then drill and tap it to accept the nissna sender, , not sure of the HB has an oil pressure gauge, been too many years since I woned one, I believe the tach singal will work with a V6 hb tach

thanks evildky, I have a mechanical oil p gauge I installed a few years ago, but I have decided not to buy the s10 or do that swap, aint really got the money that you need when you do a swap like that, the money that creeps up on you that you dont expect when something wont work without machine shop help..... and being it was hit hard in front may have transmission problems from the impact I cant see without it running !! thanks for you input it will come in handy even if I do a swap later, think Ill just cam, header, exhaust the old ka for now, since its finally running like new again..
