just needed to hunt down a KA harness to snip the connector off above the ECU to convert the harness. Thanks to kevinphan I got it. Car should start up tomorrow or thursday and maybe be ready by the end of this week if not next.

PERFECT sense. dont just go blind and buy anything. look for reviews. even though 90% of eBay brand parts appear to be the same, there are differences. Take note of those differences, compare similar products, read feed back, and make sure your getting the right thing. Get the best knock-off you can.

altho some of the items are legit-branded that you just so happened to get on ebay... you are still ending up with copies of real things, the copies that have no other "R&D" other than "we made it look like X brand.... yay for us"... i would NEVER trust any moving part of my car to ebay. suspension/brakes/motor.... you know, the things that make a car, well.... a car.

keep on doing your thing, and waiting for "the shop" to finish your car for you. ill be sitting here with my "i told you so" poised for attack.

i honestly hope tho that none of your items break on you tho. i dont want you to think i have mal-intent for you, but i also dont want to see megan suspension fail and send you into a ditch/car/small child. think of the children, man.

btw whats wrong with a shop doing your work? idk other than then you dont have the first fing clue what to do when something goes wrong. flat out this is a simple swap.... BUT it is a swap. THINGS DO GO WRONG..... its going to cost you even more to have them fix something now that you dont know what was done where. Plus you are going to have to take it back to them to find the source of the problem..... so more down time and more money shelled out for labor.

btw a shops rep is only as good as the work they do FOR YOU! XAT used to be a huge shop with a great rep. toward the end, they had nothing but crap-o-la that came out of their shop with things that werent even close to road worthy. fly by night tuner shops do this all the time and their rep is for the 3 hondas they drive outside their shop.......

I HATE ricers like you who have NO CONSIDERATION for the companys who create quality products to begin with. DO you honestly think greddy sells an exhaust for 400 bucks becuse they are money grubbing bungholes? NO its because they use quality materials, quality certified TRAINED employees, and they R&D the products like no bodys business.

Ebay parts create poor copys of name brand products using the cheapest labor and materials possible. THEY DONT EVEN R&D THE PRODUCT. which is why have the time there is very bad fitment issues.

how about instead of paying 10 bucks to see amovie, i record it with my hand held camcorder and you can buy a copy for 8 bucks. you get a crappy recording, and save some money, and i make 80% of my money bank.

yeah ok, welcome to the real world, when people are making less, and the cost of living goes up, wtf do u think people are going to buy, dont get me wrong i LOVE the greddy Ti exhaust but 500 dollers is expensive when i can get a 150 dollers exhaust, i have no problem paying more for higher quality parts, but i try to stay within my means, if they didnt try to give me a prostate inspection i would run only high end name parts (meh ironicly i only have big name products)
