Okay, so monday we did awesome. We ghetto aligned the car at Jeff's place. Then we drove it back home! Car was just registered tonight; inspection soon and hopefully alignment friday.

Here's the ghetto I spoke of...

Fronts... Were off.

Rears weren't as bad.

Now for some other measurements. Here's MGE holding Jeff's awesome TOOL thing.

Now for some sweet pics.

Two awesome murdered out cars.

More later; iunno.

Genius solution to ghetto aligning. If you have the pipes, use em LOL.

Hopefully we can rep a local autox or something before winter strikes. I'm still down because.... I don't work anymore so I'm always avail. lmk yo

OH and the rear pipe should have been placed 2.5mm away from the car because the rear track is smaller. So it was even less off.

Well you'd need to move the pipe out 5.5mm at the center of the rear wheel then lol. Even better. Hope you didn't toe the rears out too much. It doesn't matter I guess because it's going to R/T tuning for alignments.

Totally diggin' those 245s front and rear. So much grip, especially for the power level you're at.

What are the alignment specs you're going with? I'd run 2.5 negative front camber, 7.0- 7.5 front caster, 0 toe. In the rear. 1.5 negative camber, and zero toe, maybe a slight toe in, but I'm happy with 0.

Those falken's will like the negative camber.

i heart grip

thanks for the specs. i was sweating it cus everybody has "drift" specs posted aka "unknown camber" etc.

aligned wed/thurs of this coming week. i also took her out to a lil bit to a small impromptu meet, had to help some people pick their jaws off the pavement

even with the PVC alignment.... shes a monster......

How does the car drive with the knuckles?

I wonder how the knuckles would affect caster settings....????

Can't wait to read the feedback with those knuckles.

Best update evar.

Dale, great suggestion. I'd want in, but I won't be going all out, just cruisin. 2 desires, daylight, and non competitive speed. Maybe I best stay home up to u homies.

ALSO Great suggestions on the camber. I totally agree that more neg camber in the front is more responsive than the opposite setting. (aka more neg in the rear) Retaining straight line traction is nice too lol, but until the SR goes in...

Thats cool. We'll have a York home course and a Lancaster home course. Nighttime will def be straight cruising, unless your really comfortable with the road. Im sure MGE has a Lancaster course picked out already.

Just gotta find a nice course close to our hangout spots in York. But Tom, u gotta go balls out one time with us man. Ill let you chase.

drove her again tonight for a little.

knuckles are interesting. very responsive. caster will be assessed post-alignment.

front bumper, lights, fenders are on. my OEM metal fenders are wider than the "20mm wider" fenders that i got from chaser aero.... that didnt make me happy.

the car feels entirely different, but in a responsive way. itll take getting used to, and a nice alignment.

the knockoff aero fits surprisingly well. im impressed. car looks killer. daylight photos tomorrow for sure.

"its murda" crew photos may occur

i have a set of oem knuckles laying around if i hate the current setup.

im currently on the more aggressive settings of the two, and i am really liking the cornering prowess so far. ill align it, and if its a lil too snappy still, then ill go to the less aggressive setting, and if that isnt enough, oem knuckles.

car feels rad. it is now inspected/registered/insured.... so ive been driving
