I mean no disrespect greeneyes but real men buy M3s. Sorry i used to have one so im a little impartial. Good luck with the part out.

P.S. and dont tell me thats stupid cause the M3 outperforms the M5 stock to stock in every aspect from acceleration to handling. I swear to god it does

(this is MGE posting from dougs account)

Real men drive 5 series, minimum. It's a killer daily and i have 400+whp... yes its chipped. M3... um no. i love me an M3, but the raw power of the 5 is addicting.

Anyways, LoNismo, i hope you're joking after all the s*** you talk.

id much rather sell it to someone else.

Choosing between an M3 or M5 is basically like choosing what wine you prefer more. The performance on both is stellar, and 99.9% of the public can't drive either one 10/10th on the track. You basically choose what you prefer. If you're building a track car, most people would go for the M3 for the obvious reasons.

I just think the m5 is more baller... More VIP :P

Evo's an subaru's have 4 doors... lame. But a VIP 4door saloon with power to back it up? Win.

Dont get me wrong its an awesome car all around i would just prefer the quicker more nimble M3. But 400+ whp in an older M5 is badass. IMO there is nothing sexier than an E36 M3.

What is it with you guys and Bumnah. The only time i see him on here is when he is trying to correct/argue with the Lancaster guys

I wasn't aware that having a different opinion than someone else would be classified as arguing.

i've been in one of those twin turbo 3 series with a chip and it was putting down over 300whp maybe 320ish or something but the car was pretty heavy so it felt like my s14 at 10 psi (around 260whp)

i can't imagine a m5 with 400 hp

From what I'm reading though, you've got your hands on possibly an E34 M5?
