well my coupe has been down for about 6 months or so, well today i bought another KA to drop in. The KA i bought is from an automatic car and still has the autotragic transmission still attached so first thing i have to do is take that crap off.. I have started getting my car ready for it and i still have to unbolt the old motor and remove it so i can mate my 5 speed transmission to the new(used but new to me) motor. so i'll be taking pics of the process just for the heck of it and posting them on here. just thought i would give everyone a heads up. after i throw in the motor im going to buy the rest of the silvia front end parts i need and then go back to saving for the SR.

Gotta give a big thanks to the guys at Top Dead Center in Spartanburg SC for giving me a heck of a deal on the KA.

ok i need some tips/advise. i got everything unbolted except the driver side motor mount because the socket keeps slipping off of it. any idea how to get it off without cutting it off and buying a new nut? or would cutting it be the best option? its the only thing thats stopping me from pulling my old motor and dropping in the new one.
