We've been working on a very interesting project these last couple of days. I must apolagize for the low quality pics, but more will come soon when it is complete. This is a customers 350Z that we are shooting for some good numbers with. Lots of propriatery stuff on this project. Enjoy.

Run Down :XAT custom mounts utilizing stock 350Z motor and trans mountsBig 42R w/ my signature 4 inch turbo back stainless exhaust + Berns stainless muffler 100# PT InjectorsPT Too big Intercooler w/ stainless pipingKoyo 3 inch RadDual Weldon Pumps with twin feed / entry railE11V2 w/ XAT propriatery CAN bus stock gauge cluster adapter

This is running a Titan 6 speed Supra transmission and stock 350 VLSD.

Obviously some of the stuff on the list isn't complete, but this is mock up motor for now. Powder coating and chroming to follow when the final motor goes in.

I did finish the AC lines and PS lines already and finished up the exhaust today. Waiting on some things to still get here from Titan.

The hood shuts completely and I did manage to redo the front core support to hold a 3 inch Koyo with the condensor still in front.

Everything is "one off" as I go, but I might make a jig for the mounts when I pull this motor.

nice work........ but blasphemous

don't get me wrong the 2JZ is a great proven powerplant but you make Mr. K cry

and what's a "titan 6 speed supra transmission" titan is an aftermarket comapny? (you say titan on a nissan forums and we all think truck) and I gotta say the supra trans is tiny, it baffels me the power those things hold, way smaller and stronger than the nissan borg warner t-5's

and ther200 viscous is bulletproof but the viscous sucks and will the extra power I got a feeling it's gonna feel like an open diff

Nice work, but why didn't you just build the VQ. Don't let Jerry see this.

Sorry about the "Titan" thing. They are Supra specific, so they sell and do almost everything Supra related. Yes.. The Getrag is tiny.. It actually fits into the Z33 transmission tunnel with lots of room to spare. Hard to believe these things take 1500+ with some mild work.

I know MR. K hates me for this, but I have restored enough 69's and 70's to new condition to make him happy.

The customer is looking for 4 digit hp eventually.

Nothing wrong with the VQ.. I actually really like the motor. Hard to beat a 1000+ hp stroked, closed deck sleeved VQ at 4.4 L The customer wanted this and that is what he is getting. Just something different.

Very wrong and IMO a pointless venture...but people dream up dumb bastardized swaps.

But if the customer is paying you...nothing wrong with making some coin

You always got to do what the customer wants and is paying for. All together though it's still an amazing job
