I own a 92 Nissan 240sx Coupe and I want to get a body kit for it. The front bumper and rear add-ons will not be any trouble to put on but the sideskirts are what my thread is about. I have seen all sorts of sick 240's with all sorts of sick kits but I am not quite sure how the sideskirts are placed on. Are they made to go over the stock skirts of my car or will fabrications have to take place for them to go on? I know that from the front fenders back is almost a complete piece except for the rear bumper and trunk. If anyone wanna give me some tips on this would greatly be appreciated. The kit I am looking at is either the Veilside 180sx C-III or the Extreme Dimensions 240sx coupe Vader, in case anyone is wondering. Just looking for some advice from fellow owners.

Neither follow the natural sexy curves of the car (unless your going for that plastic toy look). That veilside bumper is so played out and the "vader" bumper... dont get me started. If you were going to spend that much on a kit, i would suggest you put it into suspension, make the car look better and handle waaaaay better. Thats my advice.

i agree with what was said above, but he didnt really ask our opinions. as for fitment, extreme dimension kits are probably going to fit like crap. from what i hear they are cheaply made. i am not sure about how you wanna do the skirts, but alot of people custom fab brackets to bolt them up. i would think a vielside kit would have brackets or something that you mount it with, but i have no personal experiance of this. if you wanna make it a toy looking car, go ahead. since you didnt ask i wont give you my opinion of both kits...
